Wati is the best so far used bundles of whats app api but One of the standout features is the predefined templates. A vital communication as well as engagement tool for beginners and small stores. This is priced fairly and extremely easy to setup. Customer service is also fairly good, there's a live chat option in their dashboard and you can reach out to them anytime and they will help you resolve your issues. I have been using this app for around 2 years in 2 of my stores, this is just plug and play. They already provide you basic templates which you can copy and customise to your will.

Wati is best for message automation and integration which helps in doing customer communication very easy. Broadcast messages are very good feature as it ease to send the messages on bulk.

I've been using Wati since 2021, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The quick integration with Shopify and my CRM has really helped boost our abandoned cart conversions. Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. There are plenty of options to tailor the chat flow, which is a huge plus!

It has worked well for me so far. I got it mainly to target abandoned carts and have a chatbot. However, there are certain bugs in the google sheet API which sometimes reduces efficiency in sending mass communications.

We are using this app since last 6 months, we have found the app very useful. very easy to get immediate messages from clients who wish to ask anything and then we can send messages to people who have abandoned carts and who had enquired through Wati. most comfortable app.
