Même avec la version gratuite on est pas à l'abri de dépenser 350 USD par mois. En effet, une fois un certains nombre de discussion dépassé, vous êtes facturé. J'ai passé de long moment pour retrouver le nombre de discussion incluses dans le forfait gratuit, impossible de retrouver cette information après l'installation. Puis, en voulant modifier la limite de dépense de 350 USD, il s'avère que 350 USD est le minimum.
Je suis très satisfaite du service client - ils sont très réactifs et résolvent tous les soucis très rapidement.
