Exactly what we needed: catalog sync, segmented broadcasts, COD confirmation and cart recovery—plus a shared inbox for the team. Templates were approved quickly and delivery rates are strong. Pricing is transparent; just remember Meta conversation charges apply. Great for scaling WhatsApp as a sales channel
