Great app, but took me a day to link my WhatsApp Business account (Meta’s rules, not the app’s fault). Once set up, it worked like magic! No complaints!

Excellent app and outstanding support. I had some trouble setting up my own number for automated messages (mainly because of Meta) but the app's agent Victor helped me thoroughly not only by reviewing the problem but, also by giving me tips to avoid any problems with Meta, excellent support!

I was able to tweak the message templates to sound like my brand. It’s not robotic, customers think it’s me texting them. Small touch but makes a difference.

I like how easy it is to set up. The WhatsApp reminders are sent automatically, and I can customize the messages to match my brand. It’s helped me recover a lot of abandoned carts.
