J’ai contacté le support pour obtenir un crédit de 5 $, mais au final j’ai eu bien plus que ça grâce à Nabil. Il m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise en me demandant si je parlais français. Ensuite, on a vérifié ensemble tous les templates WhatsApp, qu’il a fait approuver auprès de Meta. Je les ai retrouvés dans mon back-office et les confirmations arrivent bien sur WhatsApp. Toutes les automatisations ont été activées sans souci, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Service impeccable, très humain et efficace. Merci encore à Nabil

Excellent app and outstanding support. I had some trouble setting up my own number for automated messages (mainly because of Meta) but the app's agent Victor helped me thoroughly not only by reviewing the problem but, also by giving me tips to avoid any problems with Meta, excellent support!
