This has been absolutely awesome for Customer Engagement!!! Great Helpful App. And I really really think it is odd that I have a 100 Character minimum to leave a review. Not sure where that comes from? A little annoying.

This app works well, I'm so happy that there's a free plan. It's hard starting up in e-commerce with limited funds, so this is a great help. I am looking forward to increasing my conversions using this app.
