The customer service here is PATHETIC, they can't really figure out anything.....the app doesn't load properly more than 50% of the time on the sign-in page of your Shopify store, you have to go to your admin screen in order to get it to load properly and even then it's still about 50% loading properly and 50% a blank screen....they don't really want to provide anything here of use unless you are paying for one of their plans and they are quick to block your screen to coerce you into buying one of their plans whenever you are seeking to do something that is listed as an option, ( which shouldn't even be showing on your screen by the way if it's not an option on the plan that you're currently on to begin with ) it's a complete loser from a customer service standpoint and the app is average at best even on the paid plans. It most certainly is not recommendable and really honestly not good enough for a Shopify platform store. Upon receipt of Web Stat's reply, I'll clarify that the issues were INDEED RELATED TO THE APP'S MALFUNCTIONS AND NOT THE BILLING ! The unqualified crew here could NOT FIGURE OUT on their own App where all the Robot visits were coming from, much less do ANYTHING TO BLOCK OR PREVENT THEM ! This response here is lip service and outright lies ! I had a angry tone, yes, after so many unresolved issues regarding recurring problems, so instead of solving anything, they started to ignore my service request tickets and TRY TO FORCE ME INTO AN UPGRADE ! I ONLY REINSTALLED ACTUALLY TO PROVIDE THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS CAN BE AWARE. For BETTER SERVICE AND RESULTS, TRY REPLAY PRO OR REALTIME STACK ! ( BOTH IN THE SHOPIFY APP STORE )

You indeed contacted our support many times, always with expletive-laden messages and always about billing. We explained each time that we do not handle billing (Shopify does). Nevertheless we were able to get things straightened out to your liking every single time. Not once did you mention any technical issue with the app itself. If you had, and despite your insulting tone, we would have checked your installation in details for you. I note that our app is still installed on your site.
