Great app with excellent support. My Shopify theme was only generating structured data for a handful of products, and I wanted full schema coverage so all my items could show as rich results in Google. Webrex handles product schema, merchant listings, reviews, and breadcrumbs across my whole catalog. I ran into a duplicate "brand" field conflict at first (my theme and the app were both emitting schema), but their support team fixed it within a couple of days by disabling the theme's schema so Webrex is the single source. After that, all my elements passed Google's Rich Results Test cleanly. Responsive support and it does what it promises. Recommend for stores that want proper structured data without touching code.

The app is great and does exactly what I needed, but the support is honestly what impressed me the most. Every time I reached out, someone replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and stayed with me until everything was working perfectly. I never felt like I was just another customer. You can tell the team actually cares about helping, not just closing tickets. That's pretty rare these days. Really glad I found Webrex. If you're on Shopify and thinking about trying it, I'd definitely recommend it.

why i need to book a demo call to use this app... this is stupid...
Hi there, thank you for the feedback — though we'd like to respectfully correct the record, because the review doesn't reflect what actually happened. You were inside the app for only 1 minute before leaving this 1-star review, without giving it a real chance. That's not enough time to open a single feature, let alone judge whether the app works or delivers results. A rating like this, given in under a minute, says very little about the product and a lot about how quickly the conclusion was reached. The demo is completely optional — you are not required to book a call to use Webrex. All Free plan features (Product Schema, Local Business Schema, Organization Schema, Breadcrumb Schema, and Article Schema) are available immediately after install, with no call required whatsoever. On that screen, simply tapping the “Finish” button takes you straight into the app with full access. If you had spent even a few more minutes in the app, or reached out to our support team via live chat (we respond within minutes, 24/7), this would have been clear right away. We're always one message away, and we genuinely enjoy helping merchants get set up. We genuinely welcome constructive feedback, but a 1-star review after just 1 minute, without actually trying the app, doesn't help other merchants make an informed decision.
