The demo is completely optional — you are not required to book a call to use Webrex. All Free plan features (Product Schema, Local Business Schema, Organization Schema, Breadcrumb Schema, and Article Schema) are available immediately after install, with no call required whatsoever. On that screen, simply tapping the “Finish” button takes you straight into the app with full access. If you had spent even a few more minutes in the app, or reached out to our support team via live chat (we respond within minutes, 24/7), this would have been clear right away. We're always one message away, and we genuinely enjoy helping merchants get set up. We genuinely welcome constructive feedback, but a 1-star review after just 1 minute, without actually trying the app, doesn't help other merchants make an informed decision.

Our app is an embedded Shopify app that generates JSON-LD structured data through Shopify's official Theme App Extension system. This is a standard, Shopify-approved method that adds schema markup to your pages without modifying a single line of your theme's source code. Webrex does not remove, edit, or manage page titles. Page titles are controlled entirely by your Shopify theme and Shopify's built-in SEO fields. Our app focuses exclusively on structured data (JSON-LD schema) — Product schema, Organization schema, Breadcrumbs, etc. We have no feature, process, or permission that would alter page titles, meta titles, or any visible on-page text. When you uninstall our app, Shopify automatically removes all of our code. Embedded apps cannot leave residual code behind.
