You skipped the onboarding demo and were inside the app for only 8 minutes before leaving this 1-star review. The demo is completely optional — you are not required to book a call to use Webrex. All Free plan features (Product Schema, Merchant Schema, Organization Schema, Breadcrumb Schema, AI Content Discovery) are available immediately after install, with no call required whatsoever. If you had spent even a few more minutes in the app, or reached out to our support team via live chat (we respond within minutes), you would have seen this clearly. We genuinely welcome constructive feedback, but a 1-star review after 8 minutes and without giving the app a real chance doesn't help other merchants make informed decisions.
