He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out.
