I had a great experience with wetracked. Jeffrey was extremely helpful in setting everything up for me. He was very friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole setup quick and easy. You can really tell that he takes the time to help and make sure everything works properly. I've been using WeTracked for my brand and honestly the tracking has never been this accurate before. Across all the platforms we run ads on, the data consistency and attribution are much more reliable compared to other tools we tested in the past. What I also really appreciate is the support team. They are extremely responsive, whenever you send a message, they reply very quickly and actually try to help instead of giving generic answers. For example, I initially subscribed to the $150/month plan, but a few days later I realized I needed to pause my ads for a month and switch to a full resell strategy with my call center. I contacted their team and they immediately downgraded my plan and refunded $100 without any issue. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare. Overall, great tracking accuracy, reliable data, and a support team that genuinely cares about their users. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling e-commerce.

We recently started using WeTracked and the experience has been really good. Connecting it to our store was surprisingly easy and took almost no time. What stood out the most to us is the customer support. They respond quickly and genuinely try to help you when you need it. Whenever we had a question, they were there right away to guide us. Overall, a very smooth experience and a tool we’re happy to use.

So far the customer support team has been really helpful with all and any issues, setup processes etc that I could face! I really appreciate this as sometimes doing something wrong could mess up performance.

They will required Payment method first directly on their website. i dont trust these sort of scammer, if they are right they should provide trial without payment method for 14 days. then i believe everyone will start buying if they get difference.

In today’s online world, it’s normal to be cautious, and we truly respect that. We want to reassure you that requiring a card at signup is not about charging you during the trial. It’s purely for account validation purposes, which has become standard practice across most SaaS platforms today. This helps us prevent abuse and fraudulent usage that can negatively impact real users. In some cases, you may see a very small temporary test charge. This is simply part of the card validation process handled by payment providers. It is not a real charge, and if it appears, it is automatically refunded or reversed right away. We do not collect or keep that amount. We also want to clearly address the concern about billing: -We have never charged anyone before their trial ended. -If someone cancels during the trial, we still allow them to use the full trial period. -Service only ends after the trial finishes, if the user chooses not to continue. So while we understand that caution can sometimes lead to strong assumptions, being labeled as scammers is honestly difficult for us to read, especially because we work hard to operate transparently and fairly. The accusation is understandably rooted in concern, but it’s not reflective of how we operate. We would never risk our reputation by charging users unfairly or misleading anyone about our trial terms. That said, we truly appreciate you raising this point. What an app, in terms of pricing vs performance, it’s easily the best tracking solution I’ve used so far. On higher volumes I consistently get around 85–90% accuracy, which is huge. Setup is super simple, everything is clearly explained, even for beginners, you’re up and running fast. But what really stands out is the support. I rarely even have issues, but whenever I need help, they reply insanely fast, always clearly, always accurately. I’ve spoken with several different agents and every single one of them was great. That level of consistency is rare. Overall: powerful tracking, very fair pricing, super easy to use, and genuinely top-tier support. 11/10 — highly recommended.

Definitely meaningfully improves purchase attribution and is a must have. Pays for itself easily. Customer service is brilliant, they reply within a minute 24/7 and are always very helpful.

WeTracked has really improved my orders, especially for COD. The tracking is accurate and helps me clearly see what’s converting. Many times I’ve needed support, and every time the team has been very fast to respond and helpful until the issue was fully resolved. The reliability of both the platform and the support makes a big difference for my business.

honestly wetracked is the only platform i’ve used that actually tracks sales correctly, even when everything else is broken or makes no sense. i’m running a whole separate third platform and a different payment processor, and i still have no idea how they’re pulling the data but it just works. conversions show up clean, numbers line up, and i’m not sitting there guessing where my sales came from the biggest thing for me though is support. hans is always on it. doesn’t matter if it’s 3am or 11:52pm, he responds fast and actually fixes things instead of giving generic replies. i’ve had pixels fired up and working literally within seconds of messaging the team every other tracking platform i’ve tried either lags, misses data, or needs constant babysitting. wetracked just does its job quietly in the background. if you care about real tracking and fast support that actually knows what they’re doing, this is it
