This app is completely useless and provides no real value. I started using it based on recommendations from friends, but honestly, they don’t even seem to know what they’re doing themselves. They don’t provide any better tracking or improvements at all. In fact, before connecting them, my data was actually better — after integrating their system, I started receiving even more incomplete and inaccurate data. On top of that, they charge an absurd amount like $150 per month, while not even providing a service worth $10 in return. What exactly are they doing for you every month? They set it up once and then don’t touch anything for years, so what is the monthly fee even for? Are they providing custom reports, analysis, presentations, or optimization support specifically for my business? No — absolutely nothing. I have not seen a single real benefit or improvement from using this app.

We’d also like to clarify an important point about what our product is designed to do. wetracked.io is not intended to replace the reporting and optimization tools inside your advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager. Instead, our purpose is to send more complete and accurate conversion data back into those platforms, so that your pixel and ad algorithms can make better optimization decisions based on stronger data. In other words, our goal is not to take data out of your ad accounts and present it elsewhere, but to improve the quality of the data being fed directly into the systems where your campaigns are actually optimized and scaled. That said, if you experienced more incomplete or inaccurate data after implementation, then something may not have been configured optimally, and we completely understand your disappointment. Our objective is precisely the opposite: to help advertisers achieve more reliable tracking and better-informed optimization. Regarding pricing, the monthly fee is not simply for a one-time setup. It covers the ongoing infrastructure required to continuously collect, process, and send server-side event data, maintain integrations as advertising platforms evolve, monitor system reliability, and provide access to our support and Solutions teams whenever assistance is needed. Even so, if you did not see meaningful value from the service, we fully understand why you would question whether the investment was worthwhile. Before i was using app like onepixel or the native pixel of shopify but they only tracked 70% like, wetracked it's at another level also the support it's very reactive and fast to give out support!

I originally tried WeTrack briefly but cancelled before giving it a real chance. Now that I'm running active Facebook campaigns I can already see the difference — Meta's native tracking was only reporting 1 out of every 3 of my actual sales due to iOS privacy restrictions and ad blockers. WeTrack's server side tracking sends the complete conversion data directly to Meta which means my pixel is optimizing on real accurate data instead of a fraction of it. Support has been extremely helpful and responsive — shoutout to the team for going above and beyond. If you're serious about Facebook ads and want your pixel to actually learn from your real buyers this is a no brainer especially at this price point.

Wetracked works very well. After a view months of using i tried to fall back on Meta only tracking. After 1 day i switched back to WeTracked because the meta tracking is absolutely nothing compared with the accurate tracking of WeTracked! Also great 24/7 support, they will help you out in just minutes.

I've been using WeTracked for my brand and honestly the tracking has never been this accurate before. Across all the platforms we run ads on, the data consistency and attribution are much more reliable compared to other tools we tested in the past. What I also really appreciate is the support team. They are extremely responsive, whenever you send a message, they reply very quickly and actually try to help instead of giving generic answers. For example, I initially subscribed to the $150/month plan, but a few days later I realized I needed to pause my ads for a month and switch to a full resell strategy with my call center. I contacted their team and they immediately downgraded my plan and refunded $100 without any issue. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare. Overall, great tracking accuracy, reliable data, and a support team that genuinely cares about their users. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling e-commerce.
