Across all the platforms we run ads on, the data consistency and attribution are much more reliable compared to other tools we tested in the past. What I also really appreciate is the support team. They are extremely responsive, whenever you send a message, they reply very quickly and actually try to help instead of giving generic answers. For example, I initially subscribed to the $150/month plan, but a few days later I realized I needed to pause my ads for a month and switch to a full resell strategy with my call center. I contacted their team and they immediately downgraded my plan and refunded $100 without any issue. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare.
