The app is extremely buggy, with frequent unexpected device disconnections. While support was helpful at the beginning, they later became unresponsive. Despite logs showing successful delivery, customer messages were not actually sent, which is a serious reliability issue.

I’m facing an issue with WhatsApp syncing. Messages sent through Whatomation are delivered to customers normally and appear to them as coming from my same WhatsApp number, but those sent messages do not appear on my side in WhatsApp (neither on the phone nor WhatsApp Web). So I can’t see the conversation history from my account.

I am unsing this app for one week now, it has been really helpful to manage the workload, i am very happy with whatomation team, partcularly supoort team and Mr Kamran, always very quick to respond and resolve any issues or imprevement. mush appreciated

first of all their customer support is excellent, they reply quickly. their charges are reasonable and message limits are enough for new or growing businesses. app response is little bit slow and the pages freeze but the action does save or submit. there should be some option whereby we can sent confirmation messages manually like whenever we want to send, currently it is sent automatically after some fixed time. overall we are satisfied with the app.

I installed and activated Whatomation on Shopify for just 30 minutes, then they billed me for the entire month. When I requested a refund, they gave me a flimsy excuse and refused to credit me. This feels deceptive and unfair, especially since I only used the app for a brief period. As a healthcare-focused user, I expect transparent billing and prompt customer support, not ex post facto charges. Proceed with caution and consider alternatives that offer clear, prorated refunds or trial extensions.
