Excellent app for small business owners, where order notification and customer interactions are required, rather than going for whatsapp API and spend money on things which we really dont' want, this is the best app to use

I absolutely love how this app handles order confirmations! As soon as I place an order, I receive a quick confirmation message that reassures me everything is on track. It’s such a simple feature, but it makes a huge difference in customer experience. Not only is the confirmation immediate, but it’s also clear and concise, with all the details I need—like order number, items, and estimated delivery time—right there in the message. It really adds an extra layer of transparency and trust.
