We've been using Zoko for Alicia Souza's WhatsApp marketing, and overall, it's been a useful platform. The tools and features make it easier to manage customer interactions and automate updates. One of the strong points is their support team—they’re quick to respond and generally helpful when needed. While the platform works well for most tasks, there’s still room for improvement in certain areas.
