We have been using ZOKO for the past two years, and we have done a lot of automation which has helped us immensely. Team members like Chandu,Arpit, Aaquib, and Rahul are superb and intelligent individuals who assist us immediately if we encounter any issues in the automation process. We are expecting many more features moving forward.

Realmente hay un antes y un después de instalar Zoko en nuestra tienda. Zoko nos permite seguir el historial de conversaciones de cada uno de nuestros clientes, anteriormente perdíamos muchos hilos de conversación con whatsapp. Adicionalmente permite automatizar mensajes como solicitudes de reseñas, seguimientos de envío y un largo etc. La ventana de gestión de Zoko nos permite ver de un vistazo rápido con que cliente estamos tratando, su historial de conversaciones, pedidos y etiquetas. Es un CRM imprescindible. Adicionalmente el servicio técnico tiene una profesionalidad intachable. Altamente recomendable.
