Its been 3 months since we are using Zoko. Hassle free experience and the are many inbuilt options which makes work easier. Especially the segment option is a boon. Very supportive customer care. Loved the overall experience and would recommend to go ahead without any second thought for a small business owner, Thank you team Zoko.

Zoko has completely transformed how we handle WhatsApp, making team collaboration on a single number seamless and organized. The Shopify integration is a massive win, allowing us to manage orders and recover abandoned carts directly within the chat. While the interface takes a bit of time to master, the automation features and FAQ bots save our team hours every day. You do need to keep an eye on the per-message costs, but the efficiency gains and sales data make it a worthwhile investment. Ultimately, it’s an essential tool for any growing D2C brand looking to scale their customer support without the chaos.

I’ve been using the ZOKO Shopify app, and it has honestly made a big difference in how I manage my customer communication. What stands out the most is their excellent customer support and consistent follow-up — they’re always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in solving any issue quickly. The app made it much easier to handle chats across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram in one place, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Extremely disappointing experience with Zoko. The app is not working properly and frequently becomes unresponsive, which disrupts daily operations. Customer service is also very poor.even after waiting more than 2 hours, there was no proper response or resolution. For a business tool, this level of unreliability and lack of support is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended.

Zoko offers one of the best services for WhatsApp Meta API. Right from onboarding to execution and going live with the store, the entire process is extremely smooth and fast. There’s no need to worry about constant follow-ups—just communicate the requirement, and the team takes care of everything seamlessly. The whole system is highly optimized, and the team is incredibly skilled at what they do. Team Neemai would confidently vouch for them to any business operating on Shopify. Their service is absolutely worth opting for. We’ve tried a few WhatsApp service providers before, but this team clearly stands out as the best. Our team was assigned Mr. Nishanth as the onboarding manager, and he was extremely helpful throughout. He ensured that the entire onboarding process was smooth, and his prompt and clear responses to all our queries were truly appreciable. Zoko has been a disappointing experience for our business. One major issue is that it doesn’t support adding delivery charges during order placement, which is a basic requirement for any eCommerce setup. This limitation makes it very difficult to manage orders properly. On top of that, their customer service is practically useless. Responses are slow, and even when they reply, the solutions are not helpful or don’t address the issue at all. Overall, the platform lacks essential features and reliable support. Not recommended for businesses that need a complete and efficient WhatsApp integration system.

Zoko’s been a really solid experience so far. The interface is clean and easy to get used to, which makes a big difference because WhatsApp marketing can get confusing otherwise. The biggest win is the support. The team is available most of the time and they actually understand what you’re trying to do instead of giving generic replies. Aaquib, Mudit, and Rahul have been especially helpful throughout. What stood out to me is that they genuinely try to help you grow and even guide you to do things in a cost-efficient way. That intent really shows.

Its been only a month since I started using zoko. It is much better on every aspect from the platform which I was previously using. They assign a customer success manager (thank you Nishant for everything) who helps with not only getting up and running quickly but share great insights to improve overall conversion and return on investment. Will update the review in latter months about my experience with more details here.
