We have just integrated our website with Zoko and the process was super smooth. The automations and CRM features make it easy to communicate with the customers. The dashboard interface is also simple and user-friendly. The team is super helpful and is available to resolve all the queries and doubts. The best thing about them is even with all the technology and AI being put to use in the process, they make sure we are talking to real humans. They are not hesitant to quickly setup up a meeting to explain even the most basic things patiently. Aaquib and his team have been of great help.

The Experience with Zoko has been simply amazing. You get access to a strategy consultant for three months under a basic plan. I am not sure if any other providers have this option. The support team has been excellent in setting up templates that feel effortless. Special mention to Muzaina, my strategy consultant, for taking the time to understand my brand's creative angles and themes; her suggestions have always been in line with my brand goals. Her support team, which involves Haristha and Anathu, offers instant support, and you can reach out to them just by sending a message on WhatsApp. The combination of ease of setting up the template, user friendly ui, and an excellent team, along with 3 months of support from the strategy consultant, all under a basic plan, makes it quite possibly the best WhatsApp marketing tool out there.

Very effective app and easy to use. We migrated to zoko after a terrible experience with another app starting with Gor.... and it was a world of difference. Great service, responsive team, useful intuitive interface. Also wish for more broadcast options, more powerful flows and the ability to use Claude. But overall a very happy customer. Started using Zoko recently. I was initially hesitant, but decided to give it a try. It has simplified customer communication and helped us create a seamless shopping experience. Its been 3 months since we are using Zoko. Hassle free experience and the are many inbuilt options which makes work easier. Especially the segment option is a boon. Very supportive customer care. Loved the overall experience and would recommend to go ahead without any second thought for a small business owner, Thank you team Zoko.

Extremely disappointing experience with Zoko. The app is not working properly and frequently becomes unresponsive, which disrupts daily operations. Customer service is also very poor.even after waiting more than 2 hours, there was no proper response or resolution. For a business tool, this level of unreliability and lack of support is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended.
A brief platform disruption affected message visibility during this period, and we recognise how disruptive that is when your customer communication runs through WhatsApp. For a platform handling cart recovery, order notifications, and live support conversations, uptime is non-negotiable, and we're raising the bar on how we communicate during incidents, with faster email alerts and real-time banners on the dashboard so merchants are never left guessing. We would welcome the chance to show you what Zoko looks like when everything is running as it should.
