I'm amazed at how the Zoko app is built towards fulfilling all the long-term goals of D2C brands. I run a D2C brand myself, and the way I could see the intelligence that has been used from the Zoko team in building the app is commendable. One thing which also stands out is the support that they provide. Anand has been a very, very helpful key account manager for us, helping us guide through this journey and navigate it for us, and we don't feel lonely at all. This kind of support is hardly provided by other providers in the same space or even other Shopify merchants. I really, really recommend everyone to try Zoko, and I would be also adding more clients for them for sure, because I'm very, very happy, and I hope my journey ahead is also the same.
We have been really happy with how Zoko has been working for our retail business. First things first - Kudos to the great Zoko staff for providing an amazing customer experience right from onboarding until customer/technical support - Bharath, Vijith, Aaquib, Rahul and Ananthu. The app itself is versatile and easy to use, and ever since Shopify-segments have been integrated my broadcast's setup speed halved and outcome has doubled so good job on that as well. Next up would be easy to create flows as current method can get but tedious and doesn't often consider other active flows. Keep innovating and easing the user experience of the app. Thanks for all the help with Whatsapp marketing and automation, Zoko & team.
We've been using Zoko for our Shopify store, and it's been easy to use. The Shopify integration works well, and managing customer conversations on WhatsApp has become much simpler. Whenever we've had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience so far.

In general, I don't usually write reviews, but here I had to! ZOKO's service is one of the best things I've ever encountered. They are always available for calls if you're not getting along, they are always available in chat and they solve problems, build flows that you request in a professional and efficient way and respond to any request you have! Muzaina took care of our company personally and continues to take care of everything that is needed, their service awareness is outstanding, the system has been working great for a month now, without any problems. The bot works great and the synchronization with Shopify is outstanding. ZOKO has both increased our business's sales with automations and also reduced a significant portion of our work thanks to the automations and automatic responses of their AI bots! In conclusion - if you are debating about a few companies, I did the research for you - you won't regret it! Also for our friends in Israel - their price is significantly lower (like 1000% cheaper) than Israeli companies prices, and yes - they support Hebrew!
zoko is the best app for whats app api marketing, the whole process of onboarding is also smooth unlike other apps where you have to do the api connections all by yourself, they also helped me with the business manager setup. on the app side, the user interface of the app is very easy to use, and the automation flows/abandoned checkouts and broadcast features are very customisable with over 100 different customer segments that the app makes for you already.
