I replaced multiple apps with Zoko and it has honestly simplified a huge part of our Shopify operation. We now use it for abandoned checkout recovery, COD order confirmation, transactional WhatsApp updates, delivery notifications, review requests, and customer support. I was also able to build account-wide rules using Shopify customer tags, so customers we flag as spam are automatically excluded from our flows. The biggest win for me is how flexible the automation builder is. Once you understand how the flows, conditions, Shopify data, and WhatsApp templates work together, you can build pretty much exactly what you need instead of trying to force your business into a rigid template. It also replaced a much more expensive WhatsApp automation setup we were previously using, while giving us more control over the actual customer journey. Their support helped get things sorted out quickly when i first started using their app. If you run a Shopify store where WhatsApp is an important part of sales, COD confirmation, order updates, or customer retention, Zoko is genuinely one of the most useful apps I’ve added to the store.

This application is highly effective for customer service. It allows you to connect both WhatsApp and Instagram, manage customer inquiries efficiently, and create draft orders quickly and easily.

Excellent product. The app works great, its intuitive and simple. Zoko AI will take some training but once its trained it works great and converts sales efficiently. The customer success team is super helpful and has a lot of insight to offer to improve the improve the operations on the app

For anyone using whatsapp and shopify combination as their main line of selling, this app is great. They keep on improving and they listen to what you need as a customer to add new features

The app is wonderful. The organization is great. It is being continuously developed. Customer support is very responsive. They activated my account during a holiday, which is definitely to their credit. Just one thing: I hope the mobile app gets improved even further.
