The most incredible app that integrates so well with Shopify. Our customers love being kept up to date with their shipping progress. The Zoko team offers the best one on one support too - they have a solution for everything and always make time for you. Highly recommend using Zoko for your business.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Zoko so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and their team was extremely supportive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was properly set up. Since implementing Zoko, our WhatsApp conversations have become much more organized and efficient. The integration with Shopify works very well, and the overall usage has been simple and reliable for our daily operations. It has definitely improved the way we communicate with our customers. I’m very happy with the results and would confidently recommend Zoko to other Shopify store owners.

The app is great and really easy to use. We are getting better results with WhatsApp than with traditional email marketing. It's a great tool to recover abandoned checkouts. Also, the team has been very helpful with the installation and support.

I recently started using Zoko and its a very useful software. My customer interactions and management has got so much easier as im able to send order and address confirmation messages, in transit and delivery messages, ask for ratings from the customer, and especially the abandoned cart messages - all automatically. Its been so convenient. And i want to specially acknowledge the support team and my relationship manager Muzaina, for their hard work they put in to make sure all my flows and messages are going right. I was in double mind about choosing interact or zoko and and finally chose to go ahead with zoko because i loved the support they have. Highly recommeded app for any growing business for sure!

Very good product and great support. They helped me with initial setup and even quickly added an extra language that was not available for the bots. Also helped me with support and settings later after starting to use, so it's not limited to once and they don't ignore you after you subscribe. Very good if you don't have the knowledge for settings or the time to do them by yourself.

Smooth automation of tracking updates and reduced customer support load for order queries.The retention and marketing workflows are well-structured and actually help drive repeat sales. Broadcasts, abandoned cart recovery, and segmentation are easy to manage and effective. The dashboard is practical, clean, and fits well into day-to-day operations.

A Game-Changer for Small Businesses – Exceptional AI & Support! I am extremely happy with Zoko. Managing my customers' WhatsApp through their ChatGPT integration has been a total game-changer for my business. The AI responses improve every single day as it learns from the information I provide. What impresses me the most is its ability to give real-time information directly from my Shopify store, including stock levels, product descriptions, and shipping updates.
