I've changed from another WA API to Zoko & its been the best decision!. First in terms of the tool I find it game-changer, very straightforward and easy to navigate. Well Zoko team is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The automation flows were quite easy to build and the setup UI is quite user friendly too. Only reason to not continue is low delivery rate of marketing messages and no call recording offered. I might want to switch back to them as soon as they offer more channels integration like email and syncing other whatsapp too.

I’m extremely happy with my experience using Zoko. The interface is clean, intuitive, and far better than any competitor I’ve tried. Their support team is also excellent, every doubt I had was resolved quickly and clearly, and I genuinely feel I made a great decision choosing Zoko. I’ve already built custom flows and an automated AI chat that communicates seamlessly with customers. A special mention to Ben Thomas, who patiently guided me through the entire setup. Zoko has turned out to be a savior for us.
