I got this app after trying a few others that didn’t work for me and were quite difficult to use. The team reached out to me right away to find out my needs, they trained me on how to use the app, and have been on standby any time I’ve needed assistance. I’ve been able to automate all WhatsApp messages to customers- when they place an order, when their order is fulfilled and marketing messages as well. My customers have shared that this has greatly improved their customer service. I highly recommend Zoko!
