Overall, it has been a good experience, and the service is useful; tons of features could be used through Zoko, which requires a fair amount of learning, and that is something I think that can be simplified. I would give the Zoko team a 1000 stars if Shopify had the option. Honestly, they help out so much in creating custom flows and our MoM ROI from Zoko is about 3000%. Custom flows really reduce the burden of manually attending to customer conversations & keeps it so seamless. Our abandoned cart flow works so well & pays for Zoko itself!
