A Game-Changer for Small Businesses – Exceptional AI & Support! I am extremely happy with Zoko. Managing my customers' WhatsApp through their ChatGPT integration has been a total game-changer for my business. The AI responses improve every single day as it learns from the information I provide. What impresses me the most is its ability to give real-time information directly from my Shopify store, including stock levels, product descriptions, and shipping updates. A special shoutout to Muzaina, who has been helping me since day one. Her personal attention is outstanding; she is always proactive and makes sure all my doubts are resolved during the setup process. For a small business, the help this provides is incredible, and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased to have Zoko integrated to our website and running the whole CRM through the app. Automations work better than email and giving much better results. From the onboarding to setup and building the app, Zoko team was always there. I like to thank to Benn specifically for all his support on showing us how to use the app and writing automations for us from the scratch. Highly recommended!

Zoko is one of the most powerful WhatsApp automation platforms I’ve worked with. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and the flow builder is flexible enough to handle advanced use cases like abandoned carts, order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer segmentation. What really stands out is the stability of the system and the depth of automation logic you can build without relying on external tools. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and built for scaling real businesses—not just basic messaging. Their support team is professional, responsive, and actually understands technical and business requirements, which is rare. Zoko helped us improve customer engagement, response time, and conversion rates in a very noticeable way. Zoko has been an excellent choice for my business specially since they are other options as well when it comes to whatsapp CRM's, I'm glad i picked Zoko. Integration is pretty seamless and the team is very helpful in getting you up & running. There are endless features and possibilities with the app and the best part is it pretty much runs on its own after its setup. Totally recommend!

Review for Zoko Our experience with Zoko has been mixed. The customer service team is responsive and generally helpful, but the platform itself falls short of what is promised. Many of the features that are advertised either don’t work reliably or require workarounds that limit their real value. There are a few useful functions, but the AI capabilities are extremely limited compared to what the product claims to offer. Considering the overall performance and the actual value delivered, the platform is quite expensive for what it really is. Zoko has potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t meet the expectations set by its marketing.

We looked into various Whatsapp marketing solutions and finally settled on Zoko since it integrates fully with Shopify and is also more affordable than some of the other solutions out there. So far it has been an absolute pleasure working with Zoko, the support provided is excellent and the app has everything we wanted and a lot more. The revenue we recover from the abandoned cart flow alone makes the monthly subscription totally worth it, even if you don't use any other features.
