We looked into various Whatsapp marketing solutions and finally settled on Zoko since it integrates fully with Shopify and is also more affordable than some of the other solutions out there. So far it has been an absolute pleasure working with Zoko, the support provided is excellent and the app has everything we wanted and a lot more. The revenue we recover from the abandoned cart flow alone makes the monthly subscription totally worth it, even if you don't use any other features.

I've changed from another WA API to Zoko & its been the best decision!. First in terms of the tool I find it game-changer, very straightforward and easy to navigate. I was looking to be able to answer directly to my clients only when its needed and automatize the rest; well, not only you can do that, but also train it to get more used to your brand's tone of voice and I find that crucial for my small business looking to scale. Well Zoko team is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The automation flows were quite easy to build and the setup UI is quite user friendly too. Only reason to not continue is low delivery rate of marketing messages and no call recording offered. I might want to switch back to them as soon as they offer more channels integration like email and syncing other whatsapp too.
