We looked into various Whatsapp marketing solutions and finally settled on Zoko since it integrates fully with Shopify and is also more affordable than some of the other solutions out there. So far it has been an absolute pleasure working with Zoko, the support provided is excellent and the app has everything we wanted and a lot more. The revenue we recover from the abandoned cart flow alone makes the monthly subscription totally worth it, even if you don't use any other features.

I've changed from another WA API to Zoko & its been the best decision!. First in terms of the tool I find it game-changer, very straightforward and easy to navigate. I’m extremely happy with my experience using Zoko. The interface is clean, intuitive, and far better than any competitor I’ve tried. Their support team is also excellent, every doubt I had was resolved quickly and clearly, and I genuinely feel I made a great decision choosing Zoko. I’ve already built custom flows and an automated AI chat that communicates seamlessly with customers. A special mention to Ben Thomas, who patiently guided me through the entire setup.
