Zoko’s been a really solid experience so far. The interface is clean and easy to get used to, which makes a big difference because WhatsApp marketing can get confusing otherwise. The biggest win is the support. The team is available most of the time and they actually understand what you’re trying to do instead of giving generic replies. Aaquib, Mudit, and Rahul have been especially helpful throughout. What stood out to me is that they genuinely try to help you grow and even guide you to do things in a cost-efficient way. That intent really shows.

Its been only a month since I started using zoko. It is much better on every aspect from the platform which I was previously using. They assign a customer success manager (thank you Nishant for everything) who helps with not only getting up and running quickly but share great insights to improve overall conversion and return on investment. Will update the review in latter months about my experience with more details here.

Es una plataforma bien pensada, con opciones suficientes para crear una experiencia profesional y cuidada para el cliente. Uno de los aspectos que más valoro es la calidad del soporte. Siempre que he necesitado ayuda, el equipo ha respondido de forma rápida, clara y orientada a soluciones. Se nota que hay implicación real y un interés genuino en que el usuario aproveche al máximo la herramienta. En general, considero que Zoko es una solución sólida para cualquier negocio que quiera trabajar WhatsApp a un nivel profesional, con automatizaciones y una comunicación eficiente. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Zoko has completely streamlined our WhatsApp sales. Managing customer inquiries, sending catalogs, and closing orders is now faster and more organized. A great tool for any D2C brand. I was looking at a couple of different options for using whatsapp for our business. When comparing companies, I decided to try ZOKO. The on boarding was a breeze and my account manager, Nishant, helped me every step of the way. That is not where it stopped, he kept on monitoring our account and identified grow plans and "out of the box" ideas specific for our company. ROI has been great and I am excited to stay on this journey with them.

This is a MUST have app for anyone spending time doing manual work on whatsapp or handling COD orders. Our biggest frustration with our previous sollution was to set up the flows (which is quite technical), but Zoko literally does it FOR you. We installed ZOKO a week ago, and we are now collecting reviews (judge me) though whatsapp, sending abandoned cart messages through whatsapp and autoreplying to messages through whatsapp. We are also automatically sending messages for orders shipped with request for customers pinning their address. 100% recommend ZOKO for anyone serious about automating manual tasks.

The COD address confirmation flow is one of those automations that sounds simple but eliminates a genuinely painful problem - failed deliveries are expensive, and having customers pin their location before the shipment goes out changes that equation fast. The fact that you got review collection, cart recovery, and auto-replies running within a week says a lot about the focus and speed of your team too. Glad to have you onboard.
