we’ve been using zoko’s whatsapp api for a while now, and it’s been a really good addition for our business. • the chatbot makes day to day customer conversations so much easier to handle • their support team is quick to respond and always helpful • tagging customers via shopify has made it simple to run targeted campaigns • the shopify integration itself works smoothly and saves us time • aaquib has been especially helpful in guiding us through the setup and answering questions during work hours • overall, it’s made customer engagement and campaign management much more efficient for us
