I recently started using Zoko and its a very useful software. My customer interactions and management has got so much easier as im able to send order and address confirmation messages, in transit and delivery messages, ask for ratings from the customer, and especially the abandoned cart messages - all automatically. Its been so convenient. And i want to specially acknowledge the support team and my relationship manager Muzaina, for their hard work they put in to make sure all my flows and messages are going right. I was in double mind about choosing interact or zoko and and finally chose to go ahead with zoko because i loved the support they have. Highly recommeded app for any growing business for sure!
