We’ve had a very positive experience with Zoko so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and their team was extremely supportive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was properly set up. Since implementing Zoko, our WhatsApp conversations have become much more organized and efficient. The integration with Shopify works very well, and the overall usage has been simple and reliable for our daily operations. It has definitely improved the way we communicate with our customers. I’m very happy with the results and would confidently recommend Zoko to other Shopify store owners.
