I strongly like the bots, very useful and time/cost saving. I suggest to continue enhancing 1) Further automating the order placement via chat (e.g., specific requirements in KSA are needed like the national address code) which is not supported without manual intervention. 2) Providing more flexible options for pop-up campaigns. Good luck to Zoko team.
