Extremely disappointing experience with Zoko. The app is not working properly and frequently becomes unresponsive, which disrupts daily operations. Customer service is also very poor.even after waiting more than 2 hours, there was no proper response or resolution. For a business tool, this level of unreliability and lack of support is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended.
A brief platform disruption affected message visibility during this period, and we recognise how disruptive that is when your customer communication runs through WhatsApp. For a platform handling cart recovery, order notifications, and live support conversations, uptime is non-negotiable, and we're raising the bar on how we communicate during incidents, with faster email alerts and real-time banners on the dashboard so merchants are never left guessing.
