Massive drop in abandoned cart recovery from 15% to 3 & 5%. Looks like none of the messages are being sent but charged per message as per their fees. Poor experience since the founders have left. Not at all happy with the product now. Why are you guys charging fees for Transactions when 70% of the message don't even reach the customers?
