It was super easy to setup this app and get our whatsapp comms to customers automated within couple of days. Very helpful team, they helped us get our whatsapp account settings right and get rolling very quickly

pathetic scammers. they just deduct money without any prior notice of per mesage . totally pathetic and not worth it . they are scamming and doing fraud . instead of limiting the people to use service they are directly deducting amounts . i am opening federal charge against them as well as chargeback in my accounts

Me estaban generando cobros que NUNCA autoricé, porque estaba en una plan GRATIS. Y revise que en los ultimos 6 meses me estuvieron cobrando un servicio de automatizacion que no habia solicitado, NO la instalen ni por broma , al principio es GRATIS y luego te cobran, supuestamente porque envian mensajes de automatizacion, y por esos incidentes shopify no se hace responsable.

Hola Wilder, Lamentamos mucho tu experiencia — definitivamente no es la experiencia que queremos para nuestros usuarios. Para aclarar, Shopify requiere una aprobación explícita antes de que cualquier aplicación pueda realizar cargos, y la facturación está vinculada a la actividad de mensajes (conversaciones de WhatsApp enviadas a través de Meta). Aun así, entendemos que esto pudo no haber sido claro en tu caso y lo tomamos muy en serio. Hola José, Gracias por tu mensaje 🙏 Si ya hiciste el upgrade, vamos a revisar lo siguiente: ¿Podrías confirmar si la app está activada en tu tema? Ve a Shopify Admin → Tienda online → Temas → Personalizar → App embeds Busca nuestra app y asegúate de que esté activada (ON) y guarda los cambios. Después de activarla, actualiza tu tienda (mejor en modo incógnito). Si sigue sin funcionar, por favor envíanos: El nombre de tu tienda Una captura de pantalla del problema Qué es exactamente lo que no está funcionando
