Hi guys, I just start using it this app, and loving it. I will see results after sending messages for abandoned chek outs to my costumers. However- I cant reach out to you by email, seems like something is not working, so I need to ask here, what does means charges per usage 300$ may apply? What usage is this refering to? Hi there, thank you so much for using our app. We appreciate having you here :) Regarding your question, I have reached out to your registered email address and additionally I'm posting a clarification here to make sure it reaches you. Usage charge applies to Automated WhatsApp messages. Automated messages work similar to SMS, where WhatsApp charges us for every message sent and the rates vary by country. Because we don't charge you any upfront amount for messages, and because we don't have a recharge or credit system, we basically charge you every time a message is sent successfully. The $300 is the upper limit that we can charge you in a month. We set a high limit to ensure that larger stores don't face any interruption in service. If you are not using our Automated messages feature, don't worry. You won't have any extra charges beyond the monthly subscription fees. I hope this clarifies your doubt.
