Extremely spammy interface. They say its free, but its no more free. Automation is compulsory to use the app which means it will charge you money for the same.

Do not get this. Not user friendly at all. Want to uninstall? that is going to be very hard for you. DO NOT USE. I am surprised this company has so many reviews. May be Shopify is allowing fake reviews! Do not use this

Default settings is that you can just give an order number in the chatbox and you get all the information of the customer. Major privacy leak.

Pesimaaaaaaaa. Era muy buena, llevaba mucho tiempo usandola y ahora estan cobrando y no funciona hasta que no apruebe el "carro abandonado". Si no lo uso es por que no puedo por temas de privacidad, ahora me quede sin aplicacion por que obligan a pagar.

This app misused my money. I installed this app only for abandoned carts and disabled all other functions. My messages credit was consumed in 3 days then I found in the messages log that this app is sending multiple COD and tracking messages to the same customer (Although it was disabled) which drains your credit. The customer service agent was unprofessional and denied the issue then later they claimed that listed rates had changed to justify the extra charges. Also, they requested screenshots of the messages log then they never tried to solve the problem rather than blaming me for it.

we launched logs recently and we said that there may be bug in logs data but lots of customer use this app and if disabled it does not go. our charge for kuwait was 0.08$ per msg for automated msg without any monthly fees. i shared him the charge other app charges with 80$ monthly fees + per msg charge of 0.13$ per msg and shared him screenshot and direct link also. we offer cost to cost price for automated msg.

It is not good, because in the mobile version it hides the confirmation of the privacy and it is much too aggressive in the display. Therefore we have deleted it again. More harm than good for us. Too bad, because the idea is very good. If the design is improved, we will come back to it. Ist nicht gut, da es in der Handy Version das Bestätigen vom Datenschutz verdeckt und es ist viel zu Aggressiv in der Darstellung. Daher haben wir es wieder gelöscht. Mehr Schaden als Nutzen für uns. Schade, da die Idee sehr gut ist. Wenn das Design verbessert wird, kommen wir wieder darauf zurück.

Holy crap! Why does this app has so many high reviews! I just installed and the UI is SO BAD, I literally didn't know what on earth was going on. I thought it glitched or something. I installed for a simple whastapp chat widget and i couldn't figure out anything.

Such a complex application! The support team simply replies to talk with them over a WhatsApp number. Do not recommend it to anyone who has no technical expertise. The user interface is horrendous. Very difficult to navigate and actually understand what you are setting up. Descriptions in English are poorly written. ---- No, the team did not provide any kind of call support. Instead, they sent a WhatsApp Audio Message explaining why they want their customers to get on a call with them. I understand that it saves THEIR time but what about the dashboard? Are they going to make to better for small merchants? --- One more thing -- they ask us to get on a call! We are a team of females who are working from the comfort of our homes. How can they expect us to get on calls with strangers? How come they cannot make it easier for us who do not have expertise? We have not seen such poor support here on Shopify in a long-long time!

We tried to provide call support. What else you expect. Call we can share everything super fast and safe time of both. But in that also some has issue. We understand ur time so said call. Given number for calling. U could have siad that I am not comfortable in call. We thought it will save your time. No problem. Sometimes 1 rating help us improve us. Thanks.
