I am using this application for the last one month and have been highly impressed with the features it offers. The WhatsApp chat works well and if you have any issues then Rahul from the support team will go up and beyond to make sure that the issues are rectified. I haven't used the paid version of the tool yet, but am pretty sure that it would be just as good as the free one! Great team and great application to have on your store.

Al fin encontré lo que buscaba, varias opciones de personalización, una opción gratis genial, su diseño es muy bueno y seguramente pasaré a la opción paga porque me encanta.

Es buena, solo que deben incluir la confirmación automática, lo que uno busca es poder automatizar dichos mensajes, inclusive los de orden preparada con todos los datos.

Rahul and his team are incredible! nothing is too small or too big for them. this application is a life saver and is FANTASTIC. the best whatsapp and abandoned cart features by far, which is coupled with an IOS app and android app as well!

Just used the free version of the Chat. It literally helped us convert hundreds of customers who otherwise would not have interacted with us. This is a must-have on all stores.
