it's not working properly, whatsapp show that message invalid, we can't ppen the link, or stuff like that

I installed the App hoping to have WhatsApp in the store, it didn't work. I contacted support several times, but they never solved the problem. I am interested in the App, but working as it should.
As we checked earlier, it was working alright for us on all the browsers, Then when you gave us collaborator access to check on your store if something is conflicting or not, app was removed by you and waiting for you to reinstall it, so that we can check it. Reply us on [email protected] once you install the app again. Thanks.

its not working, and i cant upgrade to pro plan, can't save the settings, this is my problem

I`ve selected the free plan, never upgrated but yet they're charged me $3.99 /month. This forever free they say here in the free plan apparently is bullshi*. Uninstalling now
There is some misunderstanding here. Shopify or We are not able to charge any store without store owner's permission at the time of installing app. And App was paid with that charge earlier. Now it starts with free plan for all. You can write us on [email protected] for app related support. Thanks.

- Whatsapp chat feature doesn't work, it adds extra numbers to my phone number so customers are unable to contact me. - Whatsapp share button requires a code which I tried several times to put in but can't get it to show up. - Whatsapp sticky bar has a bad design and although I input a text, it doesn't show up in the bar. Overall useless app, why would I bother to pay for an upgrade if the basics don't work?

your video is complete bullshit to anyone who does not know coding,put it down or upload a fool proof video, first of all i cant see the data that was copied at the beginning of the video second i dont know where liquid is on themes tab

i had an issue with this application, after installing it i started to navigate on my website and days later i detect an irregular behavior with products and such other.. it was a small time problem but if i didn't recall the last time my website was working properly, i would have had such a hard time. always remember which app do you integrate and restore to that precise time when you find irregular functions.

On mobile, there is no option but the sticky bar in the bottom. That means it interfered with existing security badges (Mcaffee, Shopify security) which are vital to the store. Your app is great but since i can't use im goving it one star. Sorry.
