App is good, Customer R able 2 whatsapp to us. They are using often. We are able to whatsapp back to them easy.

Excellent support from the team. Instant support! App is working well, even in manual message i have recovered 9% of abandoned cart..Good for India.

Good app for abandoned cart recovery, Not good for Whatsapp share as its not available on desktop plus only for limited pages not all.
Thank you for your review. We are working on a new update to give WhatsApp sharing feature for desktops also.

This is a very useful app and I have been looking for this solution for a while. However a couple of pointers that could make the app a lot better: 1. Have a longer list of abandoned checkouts (10 per page is too less- it should be at least 30 preferably 50) 2. Have an option to 'clean' the phone number- some customers add spaces or country code (when it is default) making their correct number incorrect. In such cases, the app fails to recognize or clean the number and shows it as an incorrect number 3. Make "{customer_first_name}" an available variable as it is much better to address customers with their first name rather than full name 4. It would be super great if you can include product name variable as an available variable in the auto message.

Works fine and it is free (no a very usual thing in those days on Shopify).
