Love the app. Works great. Even the free version has a lot to offer. would recommend for sure. Thanks to Softpulse customers can send in their queries to me over whatsapp anytime and anywhere.

I`ve selected the free plan, never upgrated but yet they're charged me $3.99 /month. This forever free they say here in the free plan apparently is bullshi*. Uninstalling now
There is some misunderstanding here. Shopify or We are not able to charge any store without store owner's permission at the time of installing app. And App was paid with that charge earlier. Now it starts with free plan for all. You can write us on [email protected] for app related support. Thanks.

Useful app, Could do better if message can be editable by the shoppe, the stereotype message have higher chance of being ignored
Thank you for your review. There is an option given to edit and add new messages to send. A button to Manage Messages given above the listing.

Good app for abandoned cart recovery, Not good for Whatsapp share as its not available on desktop plus only for limited pages not all.
Thank you for your review. We are working on a new update to give WhatsApp sharing feature for desktops also.

I really liked it! I appreciate who build it! You guys rock. I'd like just to say that the Greetings Message could have a option, for free, where we'd like to show it. For instance: All Pages, Home Page, Products Pages, and etc...

The Softpulse Team never ceases to amaze me. Another great app from these guys. Though our abandoned cart recovery rate is always above 7% to 10%, we have seen this app take it higher by using Whatsapp Abandoned Cart Recovery.

They say whatsapp doesn't allow unapproved editing.. so I cannothow to edit whatsapp message. Discount coupon if added will be appended automatically. Good app..need to see results of cart recovery .. thanks

It really helps to link us with our customers and the future buyer. Easy to set up, It will be good if we're able to customise the icon for WhatsApp chat. The rest is good.
