Gret app. Great support. Would be amazing to have the abandoned cart messsages coming from your own whatsapp number, but it looks like it is working well so far. the 2 month trial helps feeling safer about the product

It's great to connect Whatsapp to our website as it allowed customers to contact us more easily. App is easy to use.
Works like a charm.. very easy to deploy.. So far so good, 5 stars from me. I specifically like that you can set Availability so you limit the time when you get messages. Also having control over the widget location, on which pages to display is great feature.

Useful app, Could do better if message can be editable by the shoppe, the stereotype message have higher chance of being ignored
Thank you for your review. There is an option given to edit and add new messages to send. A button to Manage Messages given above the listing.

The Softpulse Team never ceases to amaze me. Another great app from these guys. Though our abandoned cart recovery rate is always above 7% to 10%, we have seen this app take it higher by using Whatsapp Abandoned Cart Recovery.
They say whatsapp doesn't allow unapproved editing.. so I cannothow to edit whatsapp message. Discount coupon if added will be appended automatically. Good app..need to see results of cart recovery .. thanks
