Good app for abandoned cart recovery, Not good for Whatsapp share as its not available on desktop plus only for limited pages not all.

The Softpulse Team never ceases to amaze me. Another great app from these guys. Though our abandoned cart recovery rate is always above 7% to 10%, we have seen this app take it higher by using Whatsapp Abandoned Cart Recovery.

They say whatsapp doesn't allow unapproved editing.. so I cannothow to edit whatsapp message. Discount coupon if added will be appended automatically. Good app..need to see results of cart recovery .. thanks

Have been using it for around 6 months and it does what it says (on the free version). Customers use it all the time without issues. :) A few tips: for some reasons accents don't work so if you're using a language with accents, just get rid of them in your automated message. Placing and overlap with other floating buttons you may have might be troublesome if you're using other Apps. Not the fault of this App, per say, but more something to be aware of if you want a button for Messenger or other apps.

- Whatsapp chat feature doesn't work, it adds extra numbers to my phone number so customers are unable to contact me. - Whatsapp share button requires a code which I tried several times to put in but can't get it to show up. - Whatsapp sticky bar has a bad design and although I input a text, it doesn't show up in the bar. Overall useless app, why would I bother to pay for an upgrade if the basics don't work?

Great Stuff, Finally a simple whatsapp integration. I want one more thing though, something that your competition has: The ability to talk to my customers from the order page. Some of our customer Choose to pay with bank transfer and we want to follow up with them using whatsapp too
