even you make uninstall to the app still shown in your website automatically if you install it on time then you don't have option to remove it take care
First of all it slows down the website loading significantly - second they keep on increasing the fee and refuse your the service even though you are subscribed to prior Paid service agreement - uninstalling the app soon - And yes ZERO support!
I'm sorry that you feel upset. You have been using GetButton since 2018 and the price was always $2.99 for you even after the price increases for new customers, which happened just once in the last 5 years. I have checked the tickets and we have been answering all your emails =( As for the slowing down, the button works asynchronously and loads after every other content loads on your page. You haven't contacted us regarding this matter. Please reply to my email. Alex.
I can't get in any customer support contact with you guys, I have some problem about the icon, I want to move it to the middle on the mobile side, not at the bottom. Hello, We were in touch with you 5 minutes after your first email, and have offered you a custom workaround to meet your requirements, which seems to have made you happy. Your comments like "Please revise it as soon as possible, otherwise I will give another bad review.". I feel sad when customers are blackmailing us with bad reviews in order to get extra attention. This app does not work properly and there is no support in English. Not worth the time installing this app.
Tried to install it, it doesn't work...when trying to use the troubleshooting guides, the links are non-existent and also in another language (russian or something alike)
