So far after 24 hrs of trying to get things fixed i still cannot use it and thats about 8 hrs of their "tech team" in my system trying to make it work if you have a actual catalog of 50+ items just know it won't work as of now... will change this IF they can fix it but atm at the end of my rope... and they are amazing about getting back to you BUT they "fix something" you verify it...they broke something else .... (btw my catalog is only 330 t-shirts if your including variants then closed to 10k, so far this just won't work with something that has a larger variants/collection size...
We've used WSAIO for years in our wholesale store, the app works flawlessly 99% of the time, and in the few instances we needed some help, the support team was absolutely on top of it.
