Wholesale ‑ All in one

So far after 24 hrs of trying to get things fixed i still cannot use it and thats about 8 hrs of their "tech team" in my system trying to make it work if you have a actual catalog of 50+ items just know it won't work as of now... will change this IF they can fix it but atm at the end of my rope... and they are amazing about getting back to you BUT they "fix something" you verify it...they broke something else .... (btw my catalog is only 330 t-shirts if your including variants then closed to 10k, so far this just won't work with something that has a larger variants/collection size...

We've used WSAIO for years in our wholesale store, the app works flawlessly 99% of the time, and in the few instances we needed some help, the support team was absolutely on top of it. This Wholesale app is very much worth the price given the amount of customization allowed, but beyond that I am very impressed by the support team. In my experience they are always responsive and thorough, and they do a great job breaking down exactly what went wrong and how to fix it or prevent the issue going forward. They are a pleasure to work with and I'm very glad they're here to help. I have worked in technical support myself so I know the temptation to give boilerplate answers to common problems, but this team takes the time to investigate and test every time I've worked with them. They should be very proud of their work in that regard.

This app has been an incredible solution for using basic Shopify for wholesale sales. It covers all the main issues such as pricing, minimums, draft/quote orders, hiding prices, etc. all in one app. I was looking at multiple apps to cover my needs when I found Wholesale All In One. It has made the process of building a wholesale site so much easier and streamlined. The staff have been super helpful and very quick to respond. They have updated settings and made modifications with minimal guidance. Clearly they understand the needs of wholesale businesses. Highly recommend this for anyone using Shopify for B2B!

I tried out 5 or 6 different wholesale apps before I tried Wholesale All in One. This was the only app that had all the features I needed to have a good integration with our existing retail shopify store. It was a bit tricky setting everything up, but the support was very responsive with helping me out and discovering a clashing app that was making things not work exactly as I needed. When we went live by importing wholesale customers (from our old separate wholesale website) and tagging them so they would see wholesale prices there were no dramas at all, and wholesalers have been using the new ordering system easily.

We’ve been using this app for a few months while testing it to see if it meets our business needs, and the experience has been excellent so far. The team has been very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we’re able to properly test the features and fully understand how everything works.
