*Update* Customer service reached out and solved the situation. It functions as intended and is very useful. We've been using this app for some time now, and paid extra for the "log in to view prices" feature. This was beneficial to us as we serve both b2c and b2b, so having certain prices hidden for the general public that only b2b customers can access is very important. The challenge with this app is that it is now malfunctioning, and at the cart stage is forcing ALL clients to "log in to view price" regardless of the product or if they are b2c of b2b. This is causing a 100% bounce rate on our b2c marketing campaigns and thousands of dollars. I'm only writing this review because of a lack of customer service. It's been 3 days with no response, and every day it's costing us a significant amount of money. Otherwise the app functions as advertised, but this lack of customer service is very concerning as I'm forced with no other option but to uninstall if even this public review gets no response. Approach with extreme caution.
