Excellent app and service from the team at Wholesale - All in one. We use their app for 2 of our stores at the moment and makes wholesale and volume pricing such a breeze. Max Lee and rest of team is on the ball and efficient with all our queries and amendments we require. Detailed responses.

Great App been using it for over a year now. Lets me run my wholesale business along side of my retail. Some of my customers use the online ordering system themselves and never have an issue. I have had a few questions and set up requests over the year and the support team has always been on call and ready to assist. I have and will continue to recommend this app to all who wish to offer wholesale prices on their store.

When creating new volume pricing it doesn't always work. Very frustrated when you are paying $29.99 a month for a service that doesn't work.

WSAIO is great wholesale app for Shopify. It is affordable, professional plan cover all our needs and customer support is reliable and responsive. Thumbs up for Max and his team. Highly recommend Wholesale all in one for all merchants who need reliable wholesale Shopify experience.

Super happy with this app and its functionality and when in need of support as we did recently they were on it and went above and beyond to assist with our issue in under 24 hours. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones.

The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review.

This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. They are AMAZING! Very quick to respond, able to help us with any questions and when the app wasn't fully working on our theme, they dove right in and get it up and running as expected in a very short time. We would recommend this app to anyone that needs wholesale functionality on their Shopify store and wants to work with a company who cares about their clients. Thank you to the team at DigitalCoo!

This app is great! They are always adding more functionality to this. I've used this app on three websites, and this app always works great, plus their support is outstanding! Their support always responds within 1-2 business days, and always has a helpful answer.

EDIT: This is an update posted 5/17/24. It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app. From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own. Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend.

The app itself is working exactly as expected with several other features that can be added on that make it truly all-in-one. The other thing that set this app apart for us was their customer support; we needed some customization with our Shopify theme for our homepage and they replied promptly and went above and beyond our expectations.

First and foremost, the support provided by Wholesale - All in One is truly top-notch. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question regarding the App, their customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn't just provide generic responses but took the time to understand my specific concerns and offer tailored solutions. Whether it was troubleshooting technical issues or guiding me through the setup process, their support team was there every step of the way.
