Excellent support from Max and the team at DigitalCoo. On install we encounter a few integration problems with our custom theme design. These were corrected with no fuss. The app now works fine within our theme and we are very happy.

Das ist die EINZIGE App, die das macht was man von einer Großhändler Erweiterung erwartet. Wir nutzen Shopify Plus und hätten sogar die kostenlose Option Shopify Wholesale zu nutzen aber diese App hier ist um Längen besser als die Shopify Plus Lösung. Wir haben einige Apps und die Plus Funktion ausprobiert, das hier ist die BESTE LÖSUNG, und der Support ist phänomenal! We love, Danke ans Team!

Great app with responsive customer support. We cater to 2 industry segments that each receive different pricing. The WAIO app makes it possible for our clients to log in and see their specific pricing and cut down on the number of back-and-forth emails that were needed to confirm pricing with them. Additionally, we wanted to add a custom note next to the industry-specific pricing so clientele felt confident they were seeing not only the discounted pricing but the correct discount for their industry segment, and the app developers, DigitalCoo, helped us to implement this customization. *Update* Customer service reached out and solved the situation. It functions as intended and is very useful. We've been using this app for some time now, and paid extra for the "log in to view prices" feature. This was beneficial to us as we serve both b2c and b2b, so having certain prices hidden for the general public that only b2b customers can access is very important. The challenge with this app is that it is now malfunctioning, and at the cart stage is forcing ALL clients to "log in to view price" regardless of the product or if they are b2c of b2b. This is causing a 100% bounce rate on our b2c marketing campaigns and thousands of dollars. I'm only writing this review because of a lack of customer service. It's been 3 days with no response, and every day it's costing us a significant amount of money. Otherwise the app functions as advertised, but this lack of customer service is very concerning as I'm forced with no other option but to uninstall if even this public review gets no response. Approach with extreme caution.

We checked out a handful of different wholesale/discount apps, and Wholesale All in One was by far the most comprehensive and also one of the easiest to set up! Max and his team handle the initial installation, guaranteeing that you site and theme function perfectly with this app. Whenever have we encountered a minor issue, it has been fixed almost immediately. This app is well supported with friendly and capable staff. It's also affordably priced especially considering all of the features that are available. We strongly recommend this app if you are looking for a wholesale/discount solution.

We're really happy with this app, which works better than a number of alternative wholesale apps we had tried. We had a few issues but their support team really pulled through in the end. The app works once you get it fine tuned. Wholesale customers are a big part of our business so an app like this imperative. They are there to help when you need them. I recommend.

I've been on Shopify for 1.5 years now and have never left a review for an app until now. I was having a hard time creating a wholesale store. The team for this app launched everything for me (took a few days but worth the wait) and the app has everything I need. VERY impressed!

Very satisfied with this app so far! I had an horrific experience with another mix of apps to create a wholesale site so I was looking for something easy to set up that would answer my needs.... and that's what I got with Wholesale all in one! The team is super reactive, helping out with small customization demands and my wholesale website was up and ready to go in 3 days! I strongly recommend :)
