The app has robust features, is easy to use, and understand. What features are lacking are covered by tech support.We asked if it was possible to modify the login experience and other small details like font size, and the team went ahead and did so, or gave me instructions to complete it myself. We have used WSAIO app for about 4 years. There were issues at the start, and customer service was slow. However, they have dramatically improved over the years and now offer an excellent product with timely and accurate customer service, plus make great modifications when requested.
