This app has been essential in our expansion into the wholesale market. The technical support provided by the developer is always quick and responsive. Any issues that we have had, have been promptly addressed. I personally have a great appreciation for their explanations on why my issues arise in the first place- allowing me to make the proper preventative measures in order to not re-create the same problems repeatedly.

We were very pleased with our recent support request while trying to add a new order amount rule to our Shopify store. The DigitalCoo team responded quickly and within one day was able to find and fix a problem with our store's theme that prevented the new rule from fully working. They have always given us great support.

I have had a few questions and set up requests over the year and the support team has always been on call and ready to assist. When creating new volume pricing it doesn't always work. Very frustrated when you are paying $29.99 a month for a service that doesn't work.

WSAIO is great wholesale app for Shopify. It is affordable, professional plan covers all our needs and customer support is reliable and responsive. Thumbs up for Max and his team. Highly recommend Wholesale all in one for all merchants who need reliable wholesale Shopify experience. EDIT: After 3 years of using WSAIO I can say that level of support is even at the higher level.

Super happy with this app and its functionality and when in need of support as we did recently they were on it and went above and beyond to assist with our issue in under 24 hours. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones.

The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review.
