Super happy with this app and its functionality and when in need of support as we did recently they were on it and went above and beyond to assist with our issue in under 24 hours. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones.

The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review.

This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. The app itself is working exactly as expected with several other features that can be added on that make it truly all-in-one. My store hasn’t launched yet but after investigating all the other wholesale apps in the Shopify store, Wholesale All in One seems to be the only one that does everything one needs to run a dynamic online wholesale experience.
