Lacks some of the fancy features found in other apps, but does the important things well. Super reliable with excellent customer support. We've used for over 7 years. The only wholesale app that integrates with the best bulk cart app EasyWholesale (by NexusMedia).

I used to use a different app and had to pay for a manual integration update for the app, whenever I upgraded my shopify theme which added up quite a bit over time and was stressful. As this app is part of the Pixel world, it integrates effortless with any upgrade I do on the Empire theme. So now I am not missing out on new features of the theme, or have to wait for the app developer to integrate the app back into the new theme. It has the same functionality than the other app I used and works without a flaw. Super happy customer, that made my life so much easier.

So far we've had a great experience with Wholesale Club! Does exactly what we'd like by offering different wholesale pricing tiers for different customers. The support is also a huge plus, we had a not-so-simple support request that was resolved quickly and easily by Kay and the development team. Definitely recommend!

What happened to this App????? This App used to be good. Now it's glitchy and customer support is slow and unresponsive. We continue to have recurring issues where the Wholesale discount does not apply and can't put through Wholesale orders for days! Customer support is saying that they sent replies but it's false and frankly, the replies are not even helpful in resolving the same recurring issues. Very disappointing.

This app is perfect for us, we wanted to build flexibility into our wholesale ordering process as our range grows. Working wonderfully so far and A1 support to make sure everything is perfect before launch. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and does what we need! Going forward I wish it had more capability with other discounting bulk/tier apps so we could do promos with our wholesale customers. I also wish it showed the breakdown or ability to track a promo code/discount.

The Wholesale Club app has been a great and cheap solution to allowing our wholesale customers to buy online without setting up an entire new site. I think it has areas which it can improve but I have no doubt the team are working to improve it. These areas would be in uploading and initial set up wasn't perfect as it didn't pull through all info even though I'm sure my csv was fine. I think there could also be better integration with shipping and adding additional costs dependent on order value for example. Advanced Minimums could work off a individual product list like custom pricing does instead of collections as we have a mixture of minimums per product in the same collection. The customer service has been fantastic! Prompt, clear and very helpful. A big shout out to Paige and the developer team for helping us fix an issue with our theme and the integration with the basket. Super quick and helpful. Also both Kay and Patrick have been very helpful in helping us set up and answering any questions we've had! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple solution to selling wholesale on Shopify but not being ready to jump into ShopifyPlus.

Horrible service. I emailed them and said that I was in a huge hurry and that i needed the app to be installed right away. they went ahead and told me that they were busy but installs were taking 2-3 days. I went ahead and got the app on a Monday thinking that it would take 2-3 days. 10 days went by with many many emails going back and forth and they were still waiting on a developer to get to it. I also purchased some addons that they have and spent $130,I emailed them 4 times already about getting a refund for those items but I still haven't gotten an email back about this. I might have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. After I did this review they finally gave me a refund. Thank you for the refund. I sent 3-4 emails on the refund. One of the emails I added 3 of your email addresses on there. What I’m mad about is not the refund. It’s the lack of communication and responsibility. I was in a pickle and I really needed your app to be up and running on a timely manner and that did not happen. We currently use your app on another store and this is why we decided to go with you again. My company lost 34% of our business 2 weeks ago because you guys did not install your app in the time frame that you said you would. 34% equals $19,720 in revenue that we lost. Are you going to refund me for that? The app company that we went with was able to get our store running again in 24 hours after installing their app on a weekend. I wish you guys the best, but your service is horrible.

We did a lot of research looking for an online wholesale solution. This app came highly recommended. Customer Service is super important for us as we handle all of our IT and Web development so having someone to guide us through things it key. We have had great response from both Kay and Travis at Pixel Union - typically responding more in the afternoon/evenings (EST). We were able to get setup and launch in just over a week and are now successfully running all of our retail and wholesale through Shopify!
