Great support when you run into trouble. I feel very at ease knowing that I will be able to respond immediately. I really hope that the processing after the decimal point will be the same as Shopify's rounding. I look forward to it.

We've been using the B2B Wholesale Club app for multiple years now and it is a great way to manage multiple levels of pricing for multiple customer types and product groups. It's what I would call 'Advanced Pricing'. We actually had an issue where our customers were experiencing a failed page, but it was due to a change Shopify made. The support team at Orbit found the issue and implemented a fix quickly. Therefore, it's a great product with awesome support.

Great functionality! No changes required to the theme's liquid code. The app offers a couple features that even the other companies don't have. It works great and support is amazing. I had an issue related to my theme, not the app, and they were able to fix it quickly and even retain some features in the theme I wanted! Highly recommend!

Does what it needs to at a fraction of the price as other options that I saw when looking to transition systems for the business. Support is also helpful responds quickly. For the price and even if it was a higher price, you really can't beat this when trying to get wholesale set up. Once you figure out tagging it's pretty simple and straight forward to use. Thanks for all of the tech support Jack!

The customer service is excellent. Paige has helped us numerous times with coding a few tricky spots in our theme. The app works extremely well and there are no issues. The developers are constantly improving the app to make it a better experience for the end user. We had a problem that was tracked down to an issue with this app and it was resolved very quickly. The support person responded to our first email very quickly – within only a few hours. Then as soon as we gave them collaborator status they resolved the problem also within an hour. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Thanks!

This app has a lot to offer when trying to have different pricing based on who is logged in. Easy installation, and quick response if a tweak is needed for your particular theme. I recently moved from an old theme to a new 2.0 theme. This app worked pretty well but it had issues after implementation. Kay sourced the problem quickly and the reliability of pricing for each custom user was very good. Kay went out of her way to assist in some final tweaks with this new theme and explored why certain formatting was not as clean as I wanted. After work by Kay and team, it was shown to be a problem with one of my legacy apps, not WC. Stellar customer service!

Great experience so far working with Wholesale Club app and with the Orbit team. App is easy to use and work well in the scope that we're looking for. The Orbit team is highly responsive and very helpful all the way. This app also works beautifully seamless through the Shopify POS environment. Recommended!

Have been using the app for nearly 3 years now for our wholesale site. Although it can be a little clunky at times, it works better than the other ones we tested when we were trialing other options. Overall I definitely recommend it as it has all the features we needed, such as allowing for discount codes and multiple wholesale tiers depending on customer tags with varying prices. I'd give 10 starts to the support team, they are always very helpful and go above and beyond to assist.
