Have been using the app for nearly 3 years now for our wholesale site. Although it can be a little clunky at times, it works better than the other ones we tested when we were trialing other options. Overall I definitely recommend it as it has all the features we needed, such as allowing for discount codes and multiple wholesale tiers depending on customer tags with varying prices. I'd give 10 starts to the support team, they are always very helpful and go above and beyond to assist.

This app is absolutely amazing if you are planning to combine your normal and wholesale store together. The price is very worth it, if you take a look at the code. The support is amazing. Kay helped me very fast and directly fixed my question. It is a very easy to use app that integrates perfectly within a store. I would definitely suggest this app to anyone who is looking for a good wholesale app. Stop wasting money on other apps and just go for this one.

I've used this app on multple storefronts to successfull solve the wholesale side of our retail shops without having to spend thousands on Shopify Plus. Recently had a small installation issue on a new storefront and Kay from support fielded and solved my issue quickly and attentively. I very much appreciate the timely responses and willingness to make sure things are working as intended.

This app made setting up wholesale pricing and accounts so easy! I was able to quickly create wholesale with custom pricing tiers and account requirements with Kay's help. She provided excellent ongoing support, answering all my questions along the way promptly and in detail. I highly recommend the B2B Wholesale Club app, especially if you need some extra guidance getting your wholesale channel launched. Their customer service is fantastic!

This app solves or needs for discount wholesale pricing and net terms using tags. The app is very easy to use and set up. If any problems are encountered support is extremely helpful and patient. My problems are addressed the same day with clear instruction. We use this app on two different sites and we couldn't be more pleased.

A very useful app if you have a separate pricing for your wholesale customers and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on Shopify Plus where this feature is in-built. I have given 4 stars to the product as I feel there is room for improvement. Their customer service however is impeccable and I would happily give them 5 stars if it was purely on the basis of their support.

5 STAR FOR SURE!!!!!! Loving this app so much - I highly recommend! They have an amazing team that will make sure to guide you through the steps until everything is set in order for your wholesale clients to be able to use the app flawlessly, love it!!! Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers. Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :) Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. Thank you so much Orbit / Kay - we are definitely looking forward to using the app on our website for as long as your app is active - you have a long-time customer for sure!!!
