We found this wholesale app much easier to use that the "customer pricing" app. This app is straight forward and uncomplicated, so if you just need to the basics, I would use supple wholesale! Marius was very helpful and responsive. We're just finishing up setting up our wholesale side of our site and are excited to use Supple to process our orders!

We are using Supple Wholesale, Membership and BOGO for our latest project. We have used many other apps to accomplish these goals but find Supple Apps to be more user friendly and LOVE that wholesale doesn't generate loads of variants. The support teams have been top notch. I would definitely recommend Supple Apps to anyone looking to automate some of the CRM features.

This app was my savior, we tried bold apps customer pricing before this and it was a fail for our store. But however this app is great, so easy to use and it does not create doubles of your products! And the support was great, Marius help me quickly and even removed the old code from bold apps! Highly recommend!

Super helpful staff that helped us accomplished what we needed to transition our wholesale customers into buying from our Shopify store. We needed tiered pricing as pricing is different for each of our products. They do not currently offer this feature, so they recommended another app to use in conjunction with Supple Wholesale. They then worked with us to figure out our needs and made the setup easy for us by creating pages, forms, features, etc for what we needed (even for the other company's app they recommended). We recommend trying Supple Wholesale for yourself. We are sure the customer service experience is pleasant. Our Supple Representative signed as "Marius" and we couldn't be more pleased with their support.

We were having issues using the Customer Pricing app. This app is 100x better and exactly what we needed. We're constantly updating prices and inventory on a daily/automatic basis and this app makes that possible. GREAT SUPPORT as well!

Excellent App! Not only is the customer service extremely responsive, the app was the perfect solution for allowing me to set different pricing levels for retail consumers along with multiple levels of wholesalers. The real deciding factor for me when purchasing this app over another very popular one that i tried was the fact that this app better utilizes and expands on the tagging and discounting capabilities that exist in Shopify so that your inventory data can still sync seamlessly with your inventory management and accounting software, which is not the case with other apps that tie you completely into them.

The customer service for Supple Apps is outstanding! I needed a very specific function (I sell downloadable files with monthly freebies) and they were able to help me tailor this app to exactly what I need. They respond to emails within minutes....minutes!

We were happy to find Supple Wholesale to offer wholesale prices for certain customers on our website. It seems to be the easiest solution to wholesale for Shopify!

I analyzed the other apps available and I am using this app in conjunction with their membership app, so that I am also able to customise differing discounts per collection, for our community- both online and in our store. This works with our Shopify POS on iPad, and operationally what it means is my staff, don't need to check who's a member and who's not, if they are, the discounts will be automagically calculated for them when the membership/ wholesale discount is just before check out. Online, it works wonderfully- I am now able to hold a private sale, ( yes, you heard me right) where our non members will not be able to see the prices or products on that collection. The best part of this app/ combination of 2 apps is = excellent support. If you need something customised, it can be done, and Marius helped me with all of it. So if you're overthinking about this app ( like I was in the beginning) just GO FOR IT. Because there is support and you can get quick and real feedback from the developer, so you can make decisions for your business quick and get this app implemented quick as well. This review is also posted on the Membership App, as I am using both, and would like to give Supple Apps a Huge Thumbs up for their help.

The support team at Supple is what makes their apps so great. They're extremely flexible with your requests and can implement them quite quickly. Their wholesale app now does what I need it to do, and I would highly recommend using Supple for all of the apps that they offer.

LOVE the SUPPLE WHOLESALE app. Thanks! This app has fixed so many of my wholesale /retail issues without creating a bunch of confusing and unfriendly user variants. Before my wholesale variants were pushing to wanelo and pintrest. Now all my retail prices get pushed but my wholesale clients can log in and shop. Customer service on ally 1,000 questions has been answered quickly and nicely.

Support on the install has been terrific, very fast and expertly thorough. We've looked at other wholesale Apps that create additional products and variants - STEER CLEAR OF THESE. They are a total nightmare. Not so with Wholesale. very easy and simple use.
